SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

All orders will be shipped from the EU Poland warehouse（Except some accessories) depending on your location. We offer FREE shipping on all Ebike orders. Once your order has been placed you can start following the tracking two days later at the following link: https://www.17track.net and you should receive your order in about 3-7 working days.

We ship to the following EU countries:  

Denmark, Bulgaria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, Greece,  Poland, Portugal,  Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Luxembourg, Austria, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Slovenia,  Slovakia,  Estonia,  Romania, Ireland,  Sweden，Spain，Croatia.

Orders Processing Time

We take 1~2 business days for processing orders and upload tracking number within 48 Hours.

Shipping Time

The shipping time usually takes 3-7 business days, depends on local delivery speed and weather, which we cannot fully control.

When your order is shipped out, a notification with tracking info will be sent to the e-mail registered with order on our website.
